Southwold pier is a popular attraction to visit on the Suffolk Coast. The pier is decked out across the sea in the coastal town of Southworld. There is something for everyone here, there is so many things to do such as shows, an arcade and shops, making it an enjoyable family day out.

If you’re looking for somewhere a little quieter, then Walberswick beach is the place for you. The beach is backed with sandy dunes and beautiful scenery, from here you can walk up to Walberswick Nature Reserve where you will find a mix of marsh and heathland. So put on your wellies and enjoy nature at its best. Walberswick beach is also a great place to go crabbing, the best spot is in the waterways just behind the beach. This beach is also dog-friendly!

Discover one of England’s most complete and unusual keeps. At the castle you are able to explore from the basement, through the lower and upper halls to the roof where you will be able to see the wonderful views seaward to Orford Ness.
